Teriyaki Marinade

2 cup soy sauce
2 cup water
2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup white vinegar
1/2 cup canola oil
2T granulated garlic
2T granulated onion
1T ground ginger
1T black pepper

Combine and refrigerate for at least 12 hours. Great on chicken satay.
